This luxury residential on the Costa del Sol it is a project that will involve a total investment of 40 million euros and the creation of more than 300 jobs. The project contemplates the construction of 25 luxury villas with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and reaches the market after the successful commercialization of its first phase. In addition to the second phase of Oceanic, the newspaper mentions the new projects in the portfolio and that we will begin to announce from July 1.
